My order was placed on 2nd Aug and not dispatched until 7 days later - falling well below delivery promise of 2-4 days !Customer service experience needs to improve and not to make promises which they cannot deliver.Now 12 days after ordering I still await delivery !Absolute disaster and would not recommend Druids to anyone, stay well clear !
