Life threatening condition after hair transplant

I had a hair transplant in this place which led me to have a AV -fistula (Arteriovenous fistül) in my head. After pointing out a huge grown vein on my temple they claimed it was "normal" over the Whatsapp and said it will go away.However, my condition became more alarming and I ended up flying back to Izmir and the doctor barely took any time to look at my head and claimed she hasn't seen such a thing before and left me alone to deal with a ticking time bomb on my head. I was not referred to another doctor / expert. I was simply dismissed.This has lead to a significant delay in the treatment of my fistula. I waited for it to go away like I have been told.The Sibel Ulusan claims she is the best in the field, has done thousands of hair transplant surgeries, therefore, I wanted to believe her knowledge in the field.I was let down.When my condition got worse, I ended up having multiple doctor appointments back in my country and had to be hospitalized for cerebral angiography in my head 3 times until it has finally been healed.I lived in constant fear for two years, not knowing what would happen to me and if I would survive this life threatening situation.After I was finally healed thanks to the doctors of my country, I wrote the Medicalhair Clinic an e-mail complaining to them which has been ignored.However, when Cimer contacted them to solve the conflict they suddenly were all eager to "solve" things and told me different "reasons" about why this email hasn't been responded.For them solving the situation was making my complaint go away.In my opinion, they are not to be trusted because you are only a product to them. The moment you paid, signed the contract, and received your hair transplant they do not care for you anymore. I was left alone to find my condition and get it treated.Even in my serious life-threatening situation, they did not care one bit and did not provide proper care as I would expect from healthcare professionals.They promise post-treatment WhatsApp support, but they don't have the professional knowledge to know what really is wrong with you / they don't care about you.When you google about hair transplant in Izmir this is the first clinic you will find due to their investment in SEO and ads everywhere.I value my health more than the result I get from the hair transplant. But it was clear to me that they care more about the reputation and how the hair will look like in the end, and no matter what it will do to my body.During my procedure, the doctor admitted she should have stopped because I was bleeding so much — but continued to “finish the job" because no customer wants a hair transplant unfinished.If I knew there was a chance of fistula happening in this procedure I would have never gone under hair transplantation.If I were you and value my health, I would avoid this clinic. From my experience they seem to be negligent, dismissive, and prioritize money over lives.I greatly regret my decision of having my hair transplant in this place.I know this surgery looks like a cosmetic surgery, but it is a serious surgery and under the hands of unknowledgable and uncompassionate people in the field, it can lead to life threatening conditions.I write this comment to help others make better decisions.
