First time using Drumshack and placed my order online. Had to call to make some changes to my order and they were very helpful and even left notes on my order to keep track of any changes.. Order sent quickly and Excellent delivery time. Everything arrived packed very well and securely and everything arrived as described. Still waiting on a hihat clutch but they told me they were waiting on it arriving from their supplier which I'm aware of and happy to wait on.
