I would expect that after paying EUR 250 for a promising product, it would at least offer a user friendly experience. Unfortunately, it was not the case. The transmitter and receiver are poorly designed: an annoying pin button for everything (pairing? volume? turning on and off?) and a whimsy light that indicates that the product is turned on or off. That's it. No clue if it is paired, no clue if it is charged, no clue about the volume level... good that they have an app... So the app: It took us several attempts to install the app, we called customer service, they provided us with a new code and we could get going. Following the instructions from the booklet, which are not the same as on the app, which are not the same as on the video... one hour in and we finally managed to connect the transmitter to our WiFi. Ok, so let's get going. Basically, the app is to "motivate" your child with points when they don't wet the bed. Otherwise, I didn't manage to make the app work or figure out if it should sound an alarm (after several tries, I didn't manage to play the alarm on my phone and I just let it be).Set our child for bed. Again, no clue at what level the volume is, we want to show our child what the alarm will sound like in case pee comes, we couldn't, the app is only showing that the battery is charged. We tried one night, our child was dry; 2 nights, our son was dry, 3rd night, the transmitter starts "talking", we try to configure it (our child already sleepy, the app doesn't say much), it all seems ok. Our child woke up early today soaked in pee, the alarm didn't go. I throw the towel. I will come back to tell you how our return and claim for a refund went. I am also glad to give Dryly feedback on the improvements that they could make (get rid of the frigging pin button and add 2 or 3 buttons for different things; add more than one light that works as guidance... really, overwhelmed parents are investing 250 EUR in a solution, give us some bang for the buck!).

We are Dryly®, we help children and parents who suffer from bedwetting problems. We started Dryly® with the belief that we needed to make the solution against bedwetting more fun. This has a positive effect on your child’s motivation and also on the lead time to dry nights.
There are many different bedwetting alarms on the market, but mostly with a very medical look and feel, causing children to perceive the bedwetting training as ”negative” or ”annoying”. Through our positive approach to the problem using for example the panda toy. Wizzu and with various game elements in the mobile bedwetting app, your child is better stimulated and more motivated to work on the solution against bedwetting.
The bedwetting alarm method is the most effective way to tackle bedwetting. Of all children who use the bedwetting alarm method, 93% have dry nights within three months. Your child will use special briefs that are connected to a receiver. As soon as the briefs get wet, the receiver wakes your child up and sends the parent a signal. Dryly has added a panda bear named Wizzu to this system, which will soon become your child’s new best friend. Your child will develop and learn together with Wizzu. In the Dryly app we keep track of your child’s behavior and motivate your child to achieve dry nights together with Wizzu.See more
