I bought tickets to Amit Trivedi in Melbourne last week, but they still haven’t been emailed to me. The money has been deducted, but no tickets. I have called them twice, and someone answered with ‘hello’ (that’s it!); they assured me that the tickets were just being resent and that was more than 24 hours ago. I emailed them, but no response. Completely unprofessional people running this joke of a company.
