I’m a bit late writing this review (sorry, Nurse Jenner!), but I really wanted to take the time to share how lovely my experience was at Dr Yusra’s Clinic. I went for both Polynucleotides and Profhilo, and from start to finish, Nurse Jenner was absolutely brilliant.She really took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. Her friendly and reassuring attitude instantly put me at ease — she genuinely cares about her patients and it shows.I’d also like to mention how welcoming and professional all the staff are at both the Liverpool and Manchester clinics — such a great team.Thank you again, Nurse Jenner, for your kindness and expertise! I’ll definitely be back and will continue recommending Dr Yusra’s Clinic to anyone considering treatment.
