Dr Zafer is an amazing surgeon. What I thought was the impossible, he made possible. I travelled to Istanbul to have breast augmentation done. When growing up my body didn’t develop properly. Who is Dr. Kaya?
He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in English and assumed the title of Medical Doctor. He got into the department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in Istanbul.
Since 2022, Dr. Kaya has been serving at his own private clinic, which is authorized by the Turkish Minister of Health as an International Health Tourism Center.
