I had Vaser Liposuction by Dr Zafer in Feb 2025, and trusting him has turned out to be the biggest mistake.
The first red flag was when he came into the consultation stinking of cigarettes.
I explained to Dr Zafer how I wanted my flaked targeted, to which he ignored and said he will not take too much off this bc it will look “too feminine”, and then convinced me to have 360 Lipo. I was unsure but stupidly trusted his judgement as he was the surgeon.
Immediately after surgery and looking at myself in the mirror, I knew I would be disappointed with results, as he had given priority all all different areas for the 360 Vaser Lipo, and completely ignored the one and only place I wanted treated.
After months of being gaslit by his beyond incompetent team that results will come and being tossed around from their colleagues, I got absolutely nowhere with them.
Dr Zafer and his team are truly a disgrace, they took no accountability for poor practice. They have left me with such damaged mental health and butchered my body with scars from a procedure I didn’t even want in the first place.
If you are looking for a sign, this is it. AVOID Dr Zafer, and please go with a surgeon who you can trust. Dr Zafer will not listen to you and will not support you.

Who is Dr. Kaya?
He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in English and assumed the title of Medical Doctor. He got into the department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in Istanbul.
Since 2022, Dr. Kaya has been serving at his own private clinic, which is authorized by the Turkish Minister of Health as an International Health Tourism Center.
