No phone call from delivery company used the delivery company tracking number where it states we will attempt to deliver your item today, spoke toRachel at DT Boxes, she advised it was not even at the deliver depot rushed around to get someone to be in at my property to accept delivery. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NO BUY FROM THESE ***** UPDATE TO YOUR REPLY ****To address the confusion regarding tracking updates that state "we will attempt to deliver today." This message is currently unclear to customers, as it suggests delivery to their address when, in fact, it refers to delivery to your courier's depot.To avoid misinterpretation, please make it clear in the tracking information that this particular update signifies delivery to your courier's depot, not to the customer's location.
