I bought du posppaid plan in 2022 after finishing my contract i paid all my dues and convert my number to prepaid paid along with one extra bill, after 2 months during usage of prepaid I received mail that I had dues which I paid and settled even I didn't use any of their service again now after 7 months I m receiving mails that I have bill due even my number is prepaid.
