My experience with this company has been exceptional from even before I was a customer. They offered loads of options to assist me with my international purchase and kept me updated every step of the way once I had made the purchase. The after sales service has also been impeccable: my rear motor (Dualtron Thunder) suddenly stopped working and after I told them I had experience repairing other scooters they promptly sent me a replacement and walked me through the changeover via text and email to save me from having to ship my whole scooter. Their price was also competitive so I will probably be purchasing my next Dualtron from them also. I highly recommend them to everyone who enquires about my scooters.
