I placed my order on March 19, and it’s now March 28, but I still haven’t received it. When placing the order, they assured me I would receive it within two days. We are now well past that timeframe.They don’t proactively inform customers about delays due to a higher order volume, which shows poor communication. Additionally, the confirmation email lacks essential details on tracking the order or how to contact them. I wasted a lot of time searching for this information and had to send two emails before finally receiving a reply yesterday.Their response simply stated that they have more orders than usual and that they will introduce a new delivery system next week. While that may be useful for future customers, it does not answer my immediate question: When will my order be delivered?This has been a frustrating experience—definitely my first and last time ordering from them!
