I am from Sweden and did not need a visa to Dubai. The authorities on landing in Dubai were surprised that someone from this service issued me a visa knowing that Sweden is on the no-visa list. But the team on Dubai Visa Online, had insisted that everyone needs a visa and issued me an express visa which was more expensive. And they didn’t release the visa on the date of my travel until I paid extra for an “insurance cover” that I didn’t need either. I have asked for a refund several times but got no response ! Very disappointed!
