This was my first time using an overseas visa agency. After hours of comparing different options, I decided to go with dubaivisa.com. I have been to the UAE before so I believed my profile was straightforward, but I was still very skeptical at first because their replies were a bit slow. Later I realised it was the National Day holiday in the UAE, which explained the delay.
Overall, the communication via WhatsApp was not as fast as I expected, so I was slightly worried. However, for anyone who experiences the same thing, rest assured that they are actually processing your visa in the background. They will contact you via email if they need any additional documents.
I applied on Tuesday and received my visa the following Monday-the public holidays probably extended the processing time a bit. But everything went through smoothly, and they are definitely legit and credible, not a scam at all.
I will absolutely use their service again for my future trips.
