I bought a product for €160, and five weeks later, it has yet to arrive. Despite several inquiries about my order, I've only been told it made it to Ireland. The tracking number shows it's still in the Netherlands. After reaching out again for updates and a refund, I've received no response. I cannot recommend this service as it feels fraudulent.
