So i have been going through the verification process and have sent multiple emails and exactly how they ask. They keep saying its blurry yet but take picture standing still in bright room, clean camara with new samsung and i use jpeg for ducuments as they requested. Yet they keep saying is blurry. This is scam i have verifed with couple online casinos never went throgh this.. avoid this its def scam, the app was even named somthing else , ehi h is a redflag of its own. Im not or have any ifiliation but go play chumba or the other casinos never had issues verify no issues or crazy fees for with drawling and i have won good money mult times stay away from this scam. Dont put lot of your money in espically beginning without trying to withdrwal a small win. Do your own research google this comapy and look all the reedit reviews aswell
