I have used this site for 2plus years, I enjoy the games and have successfully cashed out numerous times. I have read a LOT of reviews based on not being able to cash out, READ the bonus and Promotion details before you click and link it to your deposit. Most of the Bonuses play through are very high, making it very hard to meet the threshold.
