This casino is BS!! I have deposited money several times and the first time I ever deposited I won over 2k but then when trying to get verified it was an ongoing issue. So I reversed the withdrawal while waiting to get verified and lost all my money. 2 months later they sent an email stating I was finally verified! So I deposited money about twice a month and never won a dime ! I didn’t deposit anymore till today I decided to give luck a try . I deposited $25 and it went through on my bank’s end but on the casino end they claim my deposit was denied and customer service was rude and told me my bank probably was holding the funds and to contact my bank which is stupid because it clearly says THEY took the $25 from me and when I asked for a manager the service rep told me a manager wouldn’t chat with me about this type of situation!!! Are you serious?? So a manager won’t help with my money being taken?! They are theives and liars and customer service is only helpful on your first deposit to reel you in after that you are treated horribly! Don’t play at this site! Oh and the screenshot of the $25 that was taken is some alias the casino uses when trying to get the bank to not decline the transaction 😡
