I've lost a significant amount of money here, and now they refuse to pay out a jackpot I won worth $57,000. I had previously closed my account in 2023, and when I did, they insisted on a reason for closure. I mentioned I was gambling too much and wanted to take a break due to past issues with online security. I recently reopened my account without thinking it would be a problem. I made several deposits using the same information and had no issues until I won the jackpot on December 27. When I tried to withdraw, I noticed my email had a typo. I reached out for a correction, but they then claimed they were permanently closing my account and denying my winnings due to having multiple accounts. I've never had multiple accounts, just one that I closed three years ago. Now, I'm stuck fighting them; their support team can't assist and keeps submitting my case for review, while they ignore my emails and won’t provide legal contact information. I'm considering contacting the gambling commission since this is unacceptable. They even transferred me to a VIP department, but they also couldn't help and ended the conversation abruptly.
