I deposited 250$ and managed to run it up to 400$. When I tried to withdraw, I was asked to KYC, and upon doing so learned that my KYC had been put under manual review. I was told I would get a response in 24 hours. I waited 3 days, and had to contact them before getting told I was "banned". They did not tell me why, nor let me withdrawl or retry my KYC. I even asked them to just refund my original 250$ deposit, not even the 400$ I had won, but they also refused this. Horrible site, use something more trusted such as shuffle.com or stake.com
