After spending a small fortune for 2 pairs of underwear I received a faulty item. I had sent an email with photo evidence of this and they had said they would send out a new order of the 1 faulty item. Personally I thought great! They're clearly looking after their customers! However, a week or so later I received another email which stated, and I quote... " our team has confirmed that the damage appears to have been intentionally made with scissors ". I spent the night before my flight trying to stitch them back together, I am not a wasteful person. I also do not appreciate being told one thing and later another, alongside being told that I had done this intentionally?! I cannot believe I wasted this amount of money (4 hours of work worth) to be blamed! Do NOT order from this place especially as the quality itself was pretty shocking, will next time try shein or temu, quality, price and customer service would be 100x better!Oh and for future online purchases make sure you record the opening of parcels in order to provide proof. Ridiculous.
