I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering!! The item I received was (assumably) faulty. I ordered an adjustable item, which on the smallest hook, just fell down me, not covering what it’s supposed to (I am a standard uk size). Of course underwear isn’t usually returnable but you would think they would at least accept a return for a faulty item! I was offered a discount which clearly wouldn’t be useful given my experience, very disappointed given the items aren’t the cheapest.
