May want to Avoid this middle man if you are running a job site. Just read. I'm sure they will find a way to make it my fault. Go directly to the dumpster company rather then the first google add you see for dumpster service.
1.) Their so called "dispatch team" is nothing other then the actual company they are going to book your service with.
2.) Be sure to keep track and document every pick up and delivery. I am on site everyday they miscount the swap and still charge me for dumpster that was not swapped. Wouldn't take my word for it. I should have stopped service in the beginning of this project once this occurred. I let it slide.
3.) Got me to sign several contracts over the period of the job with specific days for drop only to call back after payment has been collected to say their scheduling is full and cant get to at the agreed upon time. maybe in the future confirm the schedule before signing contract and accepting payment.
4.) Waited almost 6 weeks to charge the card on file and to send me overage fees totaling 2600.00. Had i known i was overfilling as many dumpsters that i was i would have put in less from the beginning. The fees are fine if there is over weight but to not send these out as they occurred added a lot of back and fourth that would have never happened had i known. After further research their overage fee is almost twice the price per ton as most competition.
5.) They will absolutely charge the card on file for a dry run fee even if the truck did not drive to the site. I had two dumpsters at all times on site. I would schedule two swaps simultaneously, one truck would come pick up a dumpster take a picture of the other dumpster still on the site that they believed was over full. Then charge a dry run fee of 350 for a truck that never came to the site. Claiming that if its been dispatched/scheduled they will charge the card.
