Seeing an example report ahead of the survey was also really useful. On the day of the survey, Oscar called to talk through his findings and discuss various aspect of the house we are hoping to buy. We received our full report a few days later which was really well laid out and clear, and Oscar took the time to talk me through various points and provide his expert advice.
