No communication; they take payment and state 4-5 working days delivery. I've had an order acknowledgement and payment has been taken from my bank, but they're not responding to chasing emails and it's been over 5 working days now and I've still not had the despatch/tracking notification, let alone any delivery. I would recommend you shop elsewhere, as they seem like an amateur set up in terms of customer service.UPDATE: The order got cancelled by the supplier, due to Brexit issues, however, it took a long time to respond to me.
