I am extremely disappointed with this book shopping site. Three days after my order was accepted, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled at my request and my money had been refunded. However, I never requested a cancellation. When I contacted the company to clarify, they informed me that they had cancelled the order because the item was out of stock. Yet, when I checked their website, I found the same item still for sale but at more than double the price I originally paid. When I raised this issue, they refused to take any action. This is the worst business practice I have ever encountered. They are dishonest and deceitful. I strongly advise against ordering books from this site.
