The representative was friendly and helpful. This is how customer service should be! When the element failed and the steam cleaner tripped the breaker, it was not an easy fix. However, they arranged for a replacement of the faulty item for a reasonable handling fee, despite being just out of warranty. I was ready to discard it, but now I’ve cleaned multiple areas of my home. Hopefully, this one lasts longer than two years! Thanks!
