I placed an order for an LED mirror and paid $90 for express shipping, which was advertised as 3–9 days delivery. The item never arrived. At no point was I contacted by the business to advise of any delay, issue, or damage.After receiving no updates, I personally contacted the freight company who informed me the item had been damaged in transit. They provided a photo showing torn packaging labelled “China White”, despite the mirror I ordered being beige. This raised further concerns about order accuracy and handling.I made multiple attempts to contact the business directly. They did not respond to a single email. When I contacted them through Instagram, I was repeatedly redirected to WhatsApp, where I also received no response. There has been no communication, no resolution offered, and no accountability taken.Despite never receiving my order, I have been told I am still required to continue paying the full amount through Afterpay due to their internal policies. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be financially responsible for products that were never delivered.This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this business.
