the website looks very good, seemed to have reasonably priced items however the delivery was a whole other story. The parcels were not delivered within the time slot meaning we were not able to leave the flat when we had other priorities to attend to. We rang dusk, no answer as it was after 5 so we had no support from them. I have now been on hold to the delivery company ‘DX delivery’ for more than 10 minutes but I am not hopeful anyone will answer as it’s past 5pm. The delivery tracking service was last updated at 8am. On top of that, our bed frame was damaged so we requested a full refund or a replacement. They offered a £40 refund which I thought was offensive considering the trouble we have gone through already. So all in all very poor and stressful experience. I would not recommend, nor would I order from them again.
