Absolutely awful first experience using Dusk. Ordered a wardrobe and matching unit. Agreed upon delivery date but received a text to say it was arriving two days early - as it was the weekend I moved plans around to accommodate the two hour delivery slot. I then on the delivery date received a phone call an hour before the delivery time stating that they'd be at my address half an hour before the time - I rushed home to find two miserable delivery drivers unloading - frustrated at me that I wasn't in (half an hour before even the beginning of the slot).
I then came to making the unit and began unpacking to find that only one of two boxes had been delivered. I emailed Dusk immediately and received an email the next day saying they'd be in touch in three working days. That came and went with no update, no offer of sending out the other box as a replacement, no offer of good will. I emailed AGAIN after no reply and again received an automated email saying that they'd investigate which would take another working day. We are now at the weekend again. A FULL WEEK after the box wasn't delivered and I'm no closer to getting the unit I've already paid for than I was last week.

Such an awful first experience with no care to rectify, no phone number to contact and ridiculous wait times on emails. Surely if the box was dispatched and not delivered the delivery company would have realised this when they ended their route... a wardrobe isn't the smallest of boxes.

Such a shame considering the quality of the other unit is really good but at £30 delivery charges this is not acceptable!

I've never written a review on Trust Pilot but maybe this will get me a resolution as emailing has had 0 impact. Also want people to be aware of my experiences...
