I've tried several times to cancel the membership, but it's been a complete scam. The product is worthless, and the charges are outrageous. I've been billed $29.99 eight times in the last three months without receiving anything. Now, I can't seem to cancel. I demand no further charges to my account! It feels like robbery! I believe I should be refunded the $230 that was taken from me. The representative suggested I order something from their catalog, but there is no catalog. Enough is enough!
