I also got charged the membership fee of $40 on top of the $40 I spent on the razor I ordered at May 7 it’s now June 10 and I still have not received anything. Customer service was quick to get back to me every time I messaged them they also refused to refund the VIP charge but assured me the VIP membership was canceled here are the last 2 emails I receivedDear Courtney,I wanted to confirm that your VIP membership has been fully canceled.
