I made a one-time purchase from Dusk Beauty and was unknowingly enrolled in a VIP membership that charged me $29.99 monthly—without clear notice, confirmation emails, or an easy way to cancel. The only charge visible on my account was my original order, and I received no emails informing me I had been signed up for a subscription or that further charges would be made.When I discovered the charges, I tried to cancel the subscription myself but found no option to do so on their site. I had to reach out multiple times, and only when I threatened to report them did I receive an instant reply—after previous messages took about 24 hours to get a response. By that point, they had already charged me again.They refused to refund the charges, claiming "benefits were used," even though I made no additional purchases after my first order. It’s also worth noting that my original product took over a month to arrive despite their 7–10 business day delivery promise.I'm not the only one—many other customers have reported the same issue. This business model is designed to trap customers into paying for a membership they didn’t knowingly sign up for, with minimal transparency and delayed customer support.Proceed with caution. I do not recommend this company.
