This service employs what I call 'sharp' practices. They are very crafty. Their ordering policy gives you no time to cancel. I placed an order and quickly realized they were charging an excessive amount, so I tried to cancel. They wouldn’t allow it, as the order goes straight to their warehouse and is dispatched immediately. I received two mini vacuums I didn’t want. I hesitate to return them because I canceled promptly, yet they sent them anyway. I instructed my bank to reverse the payment, which they did.
