Just like other reviewers, I ordered one vacuum cleaner but found I had inadvertently ordered three more—they accessed my payment account without my consent! I complained to the seller and was told they would check with the warehouse to stop the order, but a few minutes later, I was informed it had already shipped! They reassured me about their 'excellent returns policy.' It’s a scam. I regret falling for it.
