No stars at all. I had the exact same experience as others. I ordered one and suddenly found two orders confirmed for multiple vacuums. I tried to cancel immediately but received the same emails stating items had already been dispatched. Originating from Lithuania, I also discovered this vacuum falsely rated as the top choice on a 'trusted' review site. I will never shop online anywhere except trusted platforms again!
