I urgently needed a tyre replacement and booked online, paying in full for the tyre to be fitted the next day. However, there was no confirmation, and upon calling, I learned they had no record of my appointment. Eventually, I was informed that the tyre I paid for was out of stock and had to settle for a different one, which was fitted later than expected. The invoice I received was for the more expensive tyre instead of the one fitted. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, I’ve received no response. I'm very disappointed and will not use this service again.
