⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely dissatisfied – Not as advertised & terrible return options. I ordered from this company, and the item was nothing like the images. When I contacted customer service for a full refund, I was shocked by their response. Instead of accepting my return, they offered me everything but a full refund: a “free replacement” of something I don’t want, store credit I won’t use, or just a 10% refund if I kept the defective item. This is unacceptable and misleading. I'm very disappointed with both the product and the service. I wouldn't recommend this company unless you're ready to fight for a basic return.
