I was extremely disappointed with the service. My solicitor allowed my property purchase to proceed even though the developer had already gone into liquidation before the exchange. This is a serious lapse in due diligence. A simple insolvency check prior to exchange would have avoided significant financial loss. Such mistakes should not occur in professional conveyancing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.
