I've ordered from this company once before, and though their delivery times are ridiculously slow, they do have some films nobody else carries. HOWEVER, my second order went for weeks with no delivery and nothing on the "your order status" page. Finally after repeated attempts at contact I was told "your credit card was declined. You can order again with a different card if you like." Oh really? I've never had a credit card declined in "real life", and if it happens online due to a mistyped number or something, one is generally notified right away, not just a month later after repeated inquiries. Also they're really bad about responding to requests for information about one's order. Can't imagine I'd ever order from this outfit again no matter what they offer.
