I ordered two sets of drapes. The first set was not the design or color I chose. The second set had panels of varying lengths. After trying to reach out to the seller for three days without a response, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Now, three weeks after receiving the incorrect product, they emailed me asking for a rating 🤣 Unbelievable!
