DXC Technology should not be allowed to operate for iCare. Their conduct has been deceitful and entirely inappropriate for a role that involves managing the welfare of injured workers and communicating with employers. How could a technology company be entrusted with the responsibility of caring for injured workers when they consistently put communication restrictions on stakeholders? This practice seems to be an attempt to silence criticism and avoid accountability, rather than addressing their lack of due diligence. Our injured workers deserve better, and employers who rely on this service shouldn’t have to navigate such barriers. It’s time to hold DXC Technology accountable for their actions. I urge others to raise their concerns and contact MP Sophie Cotsis to advocate for change.
