From start to finish, the interactions were very straightforward. The sales representative was punctual and informative, with no pressure or unnecessary talk. I had windows and patio doors installed as replacements for old ones. Everything was clearly explained, and there were samples to choose from, making it an easy process. The installers were also on time, and I left them to their work. Everything was perfect upon my return, and the door was installed about 36 hours later—two doors that open out instead of sliding, and they look fantastic. The house is noticeably warmer, so I couldn't have chosen a better time of year for this! Highly recommend!
