I've been utilizing the software since late April, and I took advantage of some seasonal promotions. While it initially only supported one camera system, I appreciate that I could update it at no additional cost. I primarily use the software independently, which isn't as seamless as having a full integration, but the customer support has been prompt in addressing my inquiries. If I had two wishes, I'd rate the service a perfect five stars.
