As a long-time user of the software, I've been very satisfied with the product and services offered. I’m giving it four stars due to many positive aspects I enjoy! However, I have encountered some issues since the last update, both on my desktop and laptop. While I’ve discussed these with the support team, some problems remain. I acknowledge that my desktop's graphics card might be a factor.
