I found the support to be unhelpful, as many of my questions were only partially addressed. I ultimately had to consult a local specialist for installation, who informed me that I required a specific part. Despite finding this part on the official site, the support team insisted it didn't exist and was quite rude in their responses. I won't be using their services again due to this interaction. Edit: The support continues to be dishonest, claiming they haven't heard of certain things and frustrating me with their dismissive attitude. If they get upset with customers so easily over simple inquiries, they might be in the wrong line of work.
