The Von(g) is -- especially compared to a lot of dry herb vape gizmos I've looked at or purchased -- super simple and easy to get started with right out of the box. The instructions included with the packaging are all you need, and once you figure out the tempo (3-4 hits per load), it's pretty easy to use efficiently until you get as blasted as you want.The only real downside might be that unsteady hands can make it harder to get the vape to temperature to get a hit, but that's true of anything you might try to set on fire for 5-10 seconds straight.Ideal for solo smokers with a lot of dry herb available. Probably not the best for a group sesh due to its small size. Since I'm solo, this gets 5 stars from me.
The company is unable to fulfill orders. They missed an item from my order. They are now asking me to take pictures of an item that I do not have? I feel like there is some malicious compliance going on the customer service department. Extremely frustrating and I assume I am emailing an AI bot.
