Would give zero stars if possible. I placed an order on 17 Oct 2025. The company reached out to me via email to state their courier is unable to deliver to my address in Guam even though a previous order on 28 Jun 2025 was delivered. I replied I don’t have an additional delivery address so please cancel the order. The company “escalated” my order to help resolve delivery issues. After hearing nothing for a couple of weeks, I reached out to them on 4 Nov 2025 and they canceled my order and sent a refund notification. As of 18 Nov 2025, the refund has not been received and the company has not responded to 2 additional requests for follow up. I have disputed the transaction with my credit card issuer and am awaiting a response. Avoid this company at all costs.
