Extremely Frustrating Experience with Return Process

I purchased a vacuum cleaner and found it to be unsatisfactory after just one use. I attempted to initiate a return online, but faced delays and received an email informing me of the hold-up. I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone, including one day for 50 minutes before being disconnected, and another hour the following day. I was assured that a pick-up would happen today, yet I have received no updates from the delivery service or the company. When I reached out for assistance online, I was met with unhelpfulness and no reference number for the return. I am baffled by how this company continues to operate, and I will not be purchasing from them again. I've been trying for over two weeks to return this item and I'm feeling utterly defeated!
