Ordered spare part for Dyson hairdryer. It’s been over a week, and still not delivered. Contacted Dyson and they told me it was because the part is out of stock. I complained that they should have told me this. Instead they sent me an email stating it’s ready to be picked up by Royal mail! Apparently I will get it when it’s back in stock! When will this be? No idea because they have no idea! This is terrible business model and I will never order any Dyson products again as seems like do this a lot.
